How to Wear Apply to clean, completely dry skin without lotion, oil or body cream. Position each cup separately, press gently to secure, then fasten the center clasp.
Care Hand wash the adhesive surface gently with mild soap and lukewarm water. Allow to air dry completely. Do not use a towel on the adhesive.
